At 1:39pm on 7/12/07 Co. 14 was called to 6601 Manor Woods Rd. for a reported field on fire. B145 was in the area with heavy smoke visible. When B145 arrived on scene they found approximately an acre and half well off with a pile of wood burning as well. ET143 established water supply and handled the fire in the large pile of wood. C-14-2 Had command and requested a 2nd brush truck. Frederick alerted B235 and with their help the fire was knocked in less than an hour. Units watered down the area before leaving to make sure there were no hot spots. Other units on the scene A149,ET233,ET284.
